This week’s video is super cool. I found on the channel Wandering Aimfully and it is called “How I burned 18339 calories in 30 days at my desk“.
To complement my recent post “5 best sports gadgets for home office in 2023“, the video of the week is an author’s personal experience using a standing desk stationary bike. He rode the bike for an average of 1.5 hours per day and burned a grand total of 18339 just by riding a stationary bike at his desk in 30 days.
