The idea of the Tiny Lofts company was to build a unique attitude to life. They want to highlight the beauty and importance of living close to nature and give a chance to get your own house as an alternative to living in a small city apartment. Besides, you can’t deny the fact that minimalist living and sustainable living raise interest year after year and Tiny Lofts contributes to these movements, too.

Tiny Lofts is proud to produce their products regionally. All their handicraft businesses come from the immediate vicinity of Dresden and Meissen.

The modularity of their houses helps them to deliver in disassembled state and assemble on site within just one day!

The smallest model with 25 to 29 square meters. You can use it to sleep, store something, study, or work. You can make it a guest house or a garden house. The price starts from 59000 €.

Tiny Loft One Plus

Like the previous model, but with an extension for those who need a larger living space. The price for this model starts from 79000 €.

Tiny Loft Two

Now, this model is a two-story house. This is a fantastic idea for those seeking more airspace and a separate bedroom. The living area is 30 square meters and costs 89000 €.
