The lamp Blom by Andreas Engesvik
Designed by Andreas Engesvik, Blom is a small table lamp (Ø 15 x H 24 cm), airy and playful.

Its name Blom comes from Norwegian and means “flower”. Thanks to the two adjustable petals, which allow you to adjust the intensity of the light, the lamp does look like a flower. All you need to do is, surprise-surprise, rotate them on the base to shield the glare depending on personal requirements.
The compact fluorescent bulb makes sure you get the most effective lighting with low energy consumption. The lamp is easy to pick up and move around.
Important to add, the petals are made of polycarbonate, so they do not heat up when the lamp is on and you won’t burn yourself if you move it around.

The lamp cost 165.00 € and comes in 7 colours: white, blue, dark grey, yellow, pink, green and violet. You can purchase it at the Italian shop FontanaArte.
