Colour blue in the interior is the addition to my colourful posts (red, black, yellow, green). From the cold to calm, blue colour can affect your feelings and senses the most. Light blue can make your place look clean and luxurious, whereas darker shades of blue can make it cold and uncomfortable, therefore be super careful when you choose blue.
Blue armchair Nicholas from MØRTEENS is one of those chairs that not only are comfortable, but also look fantastic! I personally have one of these and I am using it in my home office corner. The material is durable and excellent quality. The legs are made of oak.
Pendant light SIEMON from Lucide is a modern beauty, 40 cm in diameter and made of high-quality steel. I like how the light reflects from the inner side and creates a warm atmosphere at home. You can adjust the colour of the light by selecting the proper lightbulb and adjust the height up to 150 cm.
Side tables AVRIL by Maisons Du Monde are made of metal in blue and gold, a great colour combination, a true addition of the colour blue in the interior. The vintage design brings the Riviera vibe to your home. You can use it as a coffee table or plants stand. The defined edges help the items not to slip away. The large table is 61 x 47 cm, the small one is 40 x 39 cm. The surfaces are made of iron with enameled finish in two shades of blue.
An incredible oil painting of seascape is a perfect decor piece for your home. I like the different tones of blue in the painting, like different layers. Absolutely amazing how wonderful it looks over a couch in the living room!
Round carpet Patchwork from Volero is a showstopper. First, it is not a common rectangular shape, but unconventionally round. Second, like the oil painting, it has a few different tones of blue that capture the attention. Try it out in the living room. Made of 100% cotton, the carpet is 10mm thick and up to 200 cm in diameter.
I hope you were inspired by the blue items you can incorporate into your design, and you won’t be afraid of the colour blue in the interior.
